Made complex insurance workflows easier to use and easier to love
Broker Buddha is a digital client engagement platform for insurance agencies, aiming to improve customer experience and increase brand loyalty. They simplify the application and renewal process, enabling agencies to provide a consistent digital experience.
I worked with the Broker Buddha team to overhaul core parts of the platform, including the application dashboard, application builder, AMS integration and contact import. The redesign improved usability and introduced new features that increased user engagement and satisfaction.

Modernised RealTyme’s UX to drive growth and competitive advantage
RealTyme is a secure communication platform for governments and businesses handling sensitive information. It offers encrypted messaging, calls, file sharing, and collaboration tools to protect privacy and streamline communication.
I worked with the RealTyme team to overhaul the entire user experience, focusing on core workflows such as onboarding, account setup, messaging, calling, and contact management. We also introduced features like Community Circles, DND, and account backup to improve utility and support the platform’s growth as a scalable SaaS product.

Ring4 offers a flexible business phone platform for modern teams. When we began working together, the product had strong potential but struggled with usability and visual consistency.
I worked closely with the engineering team to redesign key workflows across desktop and mobile, including account setup, messaging, threads, and team invites.By focusing on high-impact changes within real-world constraints, we made the product feel more intuitive, scalable, and ready to relaunch, without slowing the team down.
