During your onboarding, we will send you a link to Many Requests – the client portal software we use to manage tasks. Every time you have a task, you can fill out the form, and everyone assigned to the task will receive a notification.
Ideally, you fill up the task queue with multiple tasks, so we can grab the next request when we are done with the current task.
You will see all requests on your task board in Many Requests, which will look like this:
